The DTM-322+ is powered by AA batteries and consumes a very low amount of power. Therefore, it can remain out in the field for long periods of time. The estimated power time for the station is between 6-15 hours depending on the type of measurement that you preform. The batteries can easily be replaced with a set from the nearest hardware store if your station runs out of power.  A set of 4 AA rechargeable batteries and a charger are included with your purchase.
